The Yellow is healthcare specific, providing examples of real healthcare experiences. You will learn about lean six sigma, value vs. non-value added processes, and how to eliminate wastes, errors, and inefficiencies in healthcare environments, such as clinics or hospitals.
There will be a one-day, eight-hour Yellow Belt course on May 7th, 2022, from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. (including breaks).
(Be sure to watch future announcements for a Green Belt Certification Course as well. Note: You will need your Yellow belt first to be able to register for the Green Belt session.)
