Join us for our East Texas ACHE Forum virtual Lunch & Learn with Stephen Rydzak, MD, FACP, CWSP; Medical Director; UT Health East Texas!
As an experienced physician leader, Dr. Stephen Rydzak brings a unique perspective on a multitude of relevant issues impacting today’s healthcare climate. One of the critical pressures facing healthcare organizations is maintaining physician engagement, especially through seasons of change. This subject becomes even more evident when transitioning to a Value-Based Healthcare model. There are several fundamental strategies that can help develop physician engagement as well as improve administrative relationships with physicians. This session will highlight several strategies to accomplish those goals, as well as the pitfalls that can occur along the way.
Dr. Rydzak grew up in East Texas and is enthusiastic about returning to his roots to serve this community. He is board-certified in both internal and hyperbaric medicine and is the medical director of the UT Health East Texas Physicians Group.
