Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a combination of Lean and Six Sigma that has been alive and active in Healthcare for nearly 25 years. Six Sigma reduces variation and Lean removes waste. Both provide process improvement affecting patients and achieves business process improvements. When combining these two practices, a powerful Continuous Improvement methodology delivers great results.
