Kevin Johnson is the founder of LeadTandem Consulting and Express Pros Training and is a distributor of the OAD Personality Assessment. He has decades of experience in Management, Business Development, Business Strategy, Consulting, Training, Speaking and Teaching. He’s worked on projects with companies like Northwestern Mutual, Clayton Homes, TechServ and BioMerics. He is a professional speaker for Vistage – the world’s largest executive coaching and peer advisory organization.

Kevin also teaches business courses as an adjunct professor at his local college and serves on its Business Management Advisory Committee. Kevin holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Tyler and a Graduate Certificate in Systems Thinking from Cornell University.
